Shipping & Delivery
All shipments will be made through USPS and UPS. All risk of loss and damage in transit shall be the responsibility of the customer. Same day shipping/ two day shipping are available on all orders placed before the cut off time of 3:00PM Mountain Time. Hot Phone Case does not guarantee the delivery time. Shipping and handling fees vary depending on the weight of the order.Goods will arrive to its destination within 1-5 business day unless interruptions occur.

Returns & Replacements
Hot Phone Case will warranty any detective items and return within the first 30 days of purchase. The defective/return items will either be exchange or replacement or for instore credit ONLY. All detective returns MUST FILL AN RMA! Without a RMA Hot Phone Case cannot issue any credits or exchange. Prices and service fees are subject to change without notice. In order to take advantage of our RMA (return merchandise authorization) program please review the following guidelines prior to proceeding with your return.

1. The product(s) must be for credit and/or replacement. For chargers return is only accepted only if the charger order is defective.

2. The product(s) must have been purchased from Hot Phone Case no more than 30 days after the date on the original invoice.

3. The product(s) must not have come in contact with any liquid and/or must not show any signs of physical damage if you are returning it for repair/replacement.

4. The product(s) must be returned AS SOLD.

5. The product(s) must be shipped back to Hot Phone Case with the RMA form and RMA number as it will be provided to you upon acceptance of your claim.
